Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his children and nieces and nephews. Ociel is survived by his father: Crisoforo Benitez Dominguez; mother: Oralia Mederoz Benitez; siblings: Carmela Benitez Velasquez, Marco Antonio Benitez, Victor Benitez, Miguel Benitez, Helber Benitez, and Anayelli Yenedit Benitez; children: Ociel Benitez Jr., Kayla Benitez, Alexander Benitez, Odalis Benitez, and Leo Benitez. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Zacaruis Benitez and Maria Luisa Benitez; maternal grandmother, Matilde Benitez.
