Obituary of James Robinson JAMES A. "JIM" ROBINSON, 61, of Fruitland Park, Florida , went to be with his Lord, Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Cornerstone Hospice of The Villages, FL. He was born August 31, 1948 in Greene, New York and moved to Fruitland Park from Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1983. He was a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from Florida State Department of Transportation after 15 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Fruitland Park, FL. He enjoyed camping, traveling and antique cars and his family and friends. He is survived by: Wife; Peggy A. Robinson of Fruitland Park, FL Daughters; Jennifer Robinson of Fruitland Park, FL Carolyn Robinson of Fruitland Park, Fl One Grandson; Brett A. Demascio, Jr Brothers; Gary Robinson (Linda) of Ocala, FL Bruce Robinson (Debbie) of Daytona Beach, FL David Robinson (Eleanor) of York, PA Funeral services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Fruitland Park, FL on Monday, August 30 at 11.00 AM with Pastor Robert A. Mullis and Pastor Kenneth Dembeck officiating. Family and friends may call at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with full military honors conducted by Lake County War Veterans Honor Guard.
