Eva F. Albarran, age 81, born on February 4, 1938 and died peacefully on Dec 4, 2019, in Webster, Florida. Eva F. Albarran was born to Rosalio Fajardo and Flora F. Nunez. Eva was last child of ten children. She is survived by her three sons Francisco (Nelva) Felix (Mireya), Javier (Carmina) and seven daughters Petra, Carolina, Cecilia (Jose), Reina, Yolanda, Epifania (Francisco), and Norma. including three Cornelio, Raul, Adriana, who died in infancy. Eva has fifty-three grandchildren Dalila, Lizandra, Brizeida, Elizabeth, Felix, Ivan, Janira, Javier, Anitze, Jasmin, Esmeralda, Krystel, Luis, Angelina, Edith, Jose Carlos, Cecilia, Ceasar, Jorge, Yolanda, Eric, Hadilee, Gary, Maria, Yisel, Janet, Francisco, Diego, Daniel, Kevin, Norma Alicia, Dennis, Odalis, Agustin, Petra, Oscar, Laura, Gabriel, Arminda, Miguel, Noel, Sonia, Mayra, Arturo, , Janellie, Erik Jasllin, Maria Guadalupe, Alondra, Leticia. and fifty-nine great-grandchildren Jozelyn, Ariadna, Kamryn, Carolyn, Adelyn, Relin, Levi, Xavi, Myrine, Benito Jr. Liliana, Amelia, Isaiah, Delfino, Malaya, Royce, Erica, Jayce, Kevin Jr., Agustin, Raquel, Jasmin, Esmeralda, Rosalinda, Emely, Jade, Elisabeth, Estevan, Laura, Jose Damian, Mauricio, Erik, Daniel, Isak, Noel, Leah, Laylah, Carolina, Daniella, Jose Miguel, Camila, Mayli, Avril, Miguel Angel, Armando, Luis Angel, Abigail, Jesus Adrian, Noel, Juan Carlos, Jaquelin, David, and Nicolle. Eva was born Santa Rosa, Estado de Mexico. She came from a poor but humble home where education was limited, and she still managed to exceed in life without knowing how to read or write. She moved to Luvianos, Estado de Mexico where there were more resources to provide for her children. She was able to buy her ten children a home with her hard labor. Her children took notice of her difficult situation and step in to help her out with anything that the needed which included cooking and selling in the towns 'market her homemade meals. She moved to the United States in 1988 (Center Hill, Fl) in pursuit for a better life for her and her children. Her dream was to become a United States Citizen. She was a devoted mother working in difficult and intense labor which included harvesting fruits and vegetables. Eva also looked for other ways to provide for her family as she kept on selling homemade meals which she later turned into small business. This work ethic is what she taught to her children which was very important to her. Eva was a hard-working woman but also enjoyed life by celebrating birthdays, special occasions, holidays and any excuse to celebrate with family. Her priority at the family gatherings was making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their time together. Eva was also a good hostess by providing her well known homemade meals which included mole, tamales, barbacoa handmade tortillas, and chimpa. She was a woman that was not shy in getting her hands dirty when it came to making her homemade meals by personally picking out livestock to butcher. Her favorite time of the year were the Christmas holidays. Eva was so dedicated to Christmas holiday in wellness or illness. Eva had very little money but always manage to give all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren a gift that each one will remember. In these family gatherings she enjoyed having loud music, singing, dancing. She did not want anyone sitting down while music was playing. What she loved the most is when her children would surprise her with mariachi band on Mother's Day and her birthday. Although she became United States Citizen she never forgot where she came from Eva always lived humble and did not have many luxuries. Eva raised responsible hard-working children that she was very proud of. She was not able to leave her children with luxuries, but she left them with teaching them respect, responsibility, love, hard-work, and her joyful spirit. She had a very special way to express her love with her tender words for each one of her children. Words like "Te Quiero Mucho" "Hija Chula" "Que Dios Te Bendiga" "Bien Hija". She leaves behind a legacy, tradition, and wisdom. Eva will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of meeting her.
