Sammy Jesse Howell, Jr., 86, of Webster, Florida passed away on November 01, 2021 in Webster, Florida. He attended Lighthouse Missions and Christian Worship Center in Center Hill, Florida. He was an ordained minister. Sammy enjoyed going to church and preaching and teaching the word. He also enjoyed playing blue grass music. He is survived by his wife: Midgie Ann Howell of Webster, Florida; son: Samuel (Anne) Howell, III of Wesley Chapel, Florida; daughters: Denise (Joe) Isola of Maitland, Florida; Rene (Jack) Paxton of Orlando, Florida; 5 grandchildren: Joe (Cristina) Isola of Groveland, Florida; Jacob Isola; Shelby (Joseph) Wheeler; Hannah Howell; Sarah Howell; great grandchildren: Joseph Isola IV and Luke Isola; sisters: Betty Jo Howell Martin (Henry) Strickland of Webster, Florida; Melinda (John) Thompson of The Villages, Florida; Harold Howell of Webster, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents: Samuel and Martha Howell and brother: William J. Howell. A service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (with visitation from 10-11 am ) at Purcell Funeral Home Chapel.
