Robert Hays Dolby

January 29, 1941 - December 5, 2021

Robert "Bob" Hays Dolby, passed away on December 04, 2021 in Florida after a brief illness. He was born January 29, 1941 in Oil City, PA. He was the son of Earl and Vera Dolby and step son to Kermit Rohrback. He graduated from East Brady High School in 1959, then served three years with the U.S. Army which was stationed in Germany. He retired from Penn Drake after 42 years of employment. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping during his retirement. He was a member of The Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Annette Regdon Dolby, two sons Robert and Patrick, and a sister Patricia Dolby Bees. He is survived by his wife of 53 years: Joan Sutton Dolby; daughter: Andrea Mausser; son: Brent; grandchildren: Clarisa and Derrick; beloved great grandchildren: Adlina and Brayden; sister: Kathleen (Glenn) Weibel. There will be no visitation at this time but a memorial service will be held at a later date.
