Richard "Archie" Charles Peterson, 78, of Webster, Florida passed away in Webster, Florida on February 28, 2022. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on March 02, 1943 to Edgar and Velma Gifford. He attended St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Mr. Peterson was retired from the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife: Karen Peterson of Webster, Florida; daughter: Katherine Strickland (Tony) of Webster, Florida; Emily Peterson of Swansea, Wales; 3 grandchildren: Nicole Anderson of Ocala, Florida; Jack Clements of Swansea, Wales; Sally Clements of Swansea, Wales; 1 great granddaughter: Mariah Anderson of Fruitland Park, Florida; 3 Brothers: Robert Peterson of St. Paul, Minnesota; Kenneth Peterson (Janet) of Burnsville, Minnesota; John Peterson of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edgar and Velma Peterson and grandson: Anthony Anderson. A service will be held on Thursday March 10, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Bushnell, Florida with Father Waldemar Maciag officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Purcell Funeral Home Chapel in Bushnell, Florida.
