Marianne Howell, 81 of Leesburg, Florida passed away in Leesburg, Florida on November 14, 2021. She was born in Naugatuck, Connecticut on July 1, 1940, to Theodore and Anne Stryjewski. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Leesburg. She was employed in the personnel management field by Naugatuck Window and Glass Company and also by the City of Naugatuck. She was an avid golfer and had met many PGA and LPGA professional golfers. She played with various groups at The Plantation at Leesburg golf courses, her home courses. She also enjoyed courses in the local are, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Las Vegas and Arizona. She is survived by her husband of 9 years: Roger Howell; her children: Edward (EJ) Ash of Tacoma, Washington; Jeffery Ash of Palm Bay, Florida; Amy Ash of Southbury, Connecticut: Grandchildren: Paige Butkus of Davie, Florida; Peter Butkis of Windermere, Florida; Zachary Butkus of Denver, Colorado; Allysson Ash of Bellingham, Washington; sister: Carolann Adams of a Naples, Florida; brother: Terry Stryjewski of Beacon Falls, Connecticut. A Memorial Service will be held at St Mark Lutheran Church, 28215 US Highway 27, Leesburg, Florida, 34748, at a date to be announced.
