Enola Willette Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Enola Arline Willette, born January 25 1938, passed away at home in Santa Domingo of The Villages Florida on June 23rd in the arms of her high school sweetheart and husband of 64 years, Charles Willette Sr. Enola leaves behind 4 children; Debra Daniel, Charles Jr., Paul, and John Sr., 9 grandchildren, Leah Barton, Kendra Schmidt, Jaime Gunnison, Charles Willette lll, Mitchell Willette, Bailey Willette, Savannah Willette, John James Willette Jr. and Caitlin Willette. 6 great grandchildren Kate Barton, Caleb Schmidt, Owen and Aurora Gunnison, Jayden and Lyndsey Willette, and sister Mary Duquette. Enola was preceded in death by her parents Everett & Elizabeth “Peck” Knapp. Enola as well as raising 4 kids worked as a real estate agent for Mordini Brothers in Foxboro Massachusetts and managed the Lafayette House Gift Shop in the Restaurant on Rt 1 in Foxborough Massachusetts for over 25 years along with her husband they owned homes in Bridgeton Maine, Foxborough Massachusetts, and The Villages Florida for their family’s enjoyment. One of the greatest memories is picking out Christmas trees in the woods of Maine for all the children and strapping them to the Subaru wagon and driving them home to Massachusetts. The grandchildren grew up swimming in the lake and skiing in the mountains of Maine. Holidays were a massive gathering with all of the families gathered together to share the meal that Enola painstakingly prepared. Later on in life, their house in The Villages Florida provided new memories; golf, new friends, and visits from family. Great granddaughter, Kate Barton was born on Enola’s birthday, Florida was the place where their joint birthdays were celebrated creating a special bond. Enola was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be forever in our hearts. Look forward to be with you again in Heaven with God. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, details to be discussed. Arrangements entrusted to Beyers Funeral Home of Lady Lake, Florida.
