Stanwyck K. Byer

Stanwyck K. Byer was born on March 13, 1963 in Trinidad to Herman and Dola Byer. He was a proud partner of Bill Winston's Ministries in Chicago. He had this hunger for the Lord and wanted to be in Heaven with his creator. He knew death was not the end but an eternal life for him. He tried to escape this earth for a long time by marinating in the word of God trying to get away from the pain, disappointments, and struggles of this world that many of us face in this life's journey; because he just knew from his past experience with Jesus at the early age of 8 that there was a much better place called Heaven. And because of his inborn desire to be with Jesus again this motivated him here on earth to continue to speak and teach God's word to anyone who would listen. He received an Associates of Science degree in recording engineering from Full Sail University and he worked in retail as manager for over 20 years. On June 15 of 2015, he married Tamara Reels-Byer and helped to raise Elijah, Joseph, and Johnathan, his step sons. Passion: He loved the Lord and his family dearly. He loved to cook especially for others and got joy from seeing their faces after tasting his edible creations. He also loved music. He was so smart and gave great and timely advice full of wisdom that he never took credit for. He would always say "it is not me but the Holy Spirit who makes me look good and sound intelligent." Stan was preceded in death by his father Herman and his mother, Dola Byer. He is survived by his wife Tamara Reel-Byer, his three step sons Elijah, Joseph, and Johnathan and his daughter Cristina Byer. His siblings were Sean, Barry, Herman (AL), Angel and Beverley Byer. His nieces and nephews were Mikki, Brandon, Dillon, Janelle, Montanna, and Angel Tommy Byer. Hobbies: His hobby growing up was football and later his hobbies progressed to basketball and most importantly studying the word of God and being a servant of the Lord by participating in many callings within the ministry at Benny Hinn and The Master's Touch. Legacy character: He loved the Lord. He loved his family. He took pride in his relationship with God. He was faithful, loyal, determined, generous, took pride in his appearance and dress. He was a leader and prayed for prosperity for his family.
