Sandra Lee Lindsay

Sandra Lee Lindsay, a devoted servant of the Lord passed away on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, at the age of 73. Born on June 9th, 1950, Sandra's journey on this earth was marked by her faith, selfless service, and boundless love for her family. Sandra attended high school in Streator, IL. She began her professional journey as an American Airlines agent right out of high school. Later, she transitioned to selling insurance policies and then became a travel agent at Freedom Travel in Zephyrhills, FL. She became an active member of the Unity Methodist Church of Zephyrhills, FL, where she dedicated 22 years of her life to worship and fellowship. Sandra was part of the Vine Life Church for 19 years, where her faith flourished. In 1991, Sandra founded Spiritual Meat Ministries, a testament to her unwavering devotion to her faith and her desire to spread the teachings of Christ to every corner of the globe. As president of the ministry, Sandra collaborated with fellow Warriors of Christ to delve into the profound truths of the Bible, seeking to understand the "meat of the word" and share its transformative power with others. Sandra's greatest joy in life was her service as a missionary, a calling that took her to numerous nations around the world. From Bahrain to Saudi Arabia, Israel to Turkey, India and China. Sandra fearlessly journeyed where Lord directed her to bringing hope, compassion, and the message of God's love to all whom she encountered. Sandra will be deeply missed by her loving family, including her son Troy & Katheren Lindsay of Oneonta, AL, , her daughter Christine & Stephen Martin of Lake Helen, FL, son Todd & Melinda Lindsay of Maiden, NC, son Christopher & April Lindsay of Denver, NC and her cherished grandchildren Mitchell, Alexis, Lillie, Dawson, Liam, Olivia, Ella Kate and great grandsons Grayson and Samir. She is also survived by her sister Sharon Micklos of Streator, IL, and brother Larry Brunton of AZ. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Michael Lindsay. In the hearts of those who knew her, Sandra leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and service. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her beliefs will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to have known her. As we mourn her passing, let us also celebrate the remarkable life of Sandra Lee Lindsay, a true disciple of Christ and a beacon of light in a world in need of hope. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 11:00 AM at the VineLIFE Church, 1549 US-441, Leesburg, FL 34748 with Pastor Randy Gideon officiating.
