Obituary of Patrick Stallard Patrick Douglas Stallard, 63, of Leesburg, FL entered into his eternal home of Heaven on December 13, 2013. He was born on January 31st to the late Douglas Stallard and Virgina Biggs. Patrick was raised in Valparaiso, Indiana and called that "home" along with Tennessee and Florida. He married his sweetheart, the one and only love of his life, Elaine McGinley, whom passed away in 1989. Patrick had a way with others. He always loved striking up conversation with everyone he came across. He was a man of integrity and pride and always wore a smile on his face. These attributes gave him success all throughout his life as a salesman, but more than that it made him a friend to many. He took great pleasure in lending words of wisdom to his daughters and loved ones. What his girls admire most is that he truly understood life's meaning was centered on love. Because of this, he lived with such a devotion to the ones he cherished. His heart was filled with a tenderness and throughout all of the trials he faced during his life, he always chose to go back to thinking on what was true, positive and lovely. With his playful spirit, he enjoyed bringing fun and laughter wherever he went. Patrick was light hearted, yet a man that was deeply moved with emotion. His favorite place to be was at the beach in the Florida sunshine. He also loved sports and would never miss cheering on his favorite basketball team, the Chicago Bulls. But most of all, he always could be found listening to the music that brought back some of his greatest memories and filled him with such an incredible joy. He loved to share his favorite songs with anyone who'd listen and why the songs meant so much. His girls, ABC, will dearly miss listening along with him. His family and friends are rejoicing that he is with Jesus being made anew and getting to see his beautiful bride after so many years. We look forward to the day when we will all be together again. Patrick is survived by his three daughters, Brittani Altman, 34 (Tim) of Tavares, FL; Ashley Teeter, 32, (Austin) of Sanford, FL; Carina Deshotels, 29, (Beau) of Land O Lakes, FL. His loving grandchildren, Ashlin and Tristan Teeter, Landon and McKenzie Deshotels, and Finley and Elise Altman. His brothers are Maurice Stallard of Orlando, FL and Christopher Biggs of Kouts, IN. A time of gathering will be held at Beyers Funeral Home at 9:30 to 11am on Friday, December 20th 2013. The funeral service will begin immediately after at 11 am.
