Patricia Ann Liszewski

Patricia Ann Liszewski, 73 of Leesburg Florida passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 10th 2017 at the Villages Hospice House in the Villages Florida. Patricia was born in Kinston, NC to George and Gretchen Jones on January 5th 1944. She went to Kinston High school and graduated in1962. She later moved to Long Island New York where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. She married and became the devoted mother of two sons. She moved to Florida in 1986.After her first marriage ended she met the man who would be the love of her life Joseph Liszewski. They were married on June 14th 1992. After retiring from her former career as a nurse she started a career in the accounting field working as an office manager for the lcee Company in Orlando FL before retiring in 2006 and devoting her time to volunteering and family. She was a volunteer at Cornerstone Hospice as well as Leesburg Regional Medical Center. She was very devoted to helping others. She became a School Volunteer so that she could spend more time with her grandchildren. She loved shopping, reading books, travel and adventure. She was a very creative person and had a true gift for decorating and organization. She was a very compassionate person with a big heart for friends and family. She was generous, loving, altruistic, kindhearted and very strong willed. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents George and Gretchen Jones and her loving husband, Joseph Liszewski. Patricia is survived by her sons, Robert James Radgowski(Amy) of Leesburg Florida: Richard John Radgowski (Beth)i of Winter Park, Florida; Her brothers, Doug Jones of Kinston, North Carolina; Fred Dellago of St. Petersburg, Florida; her sister in law, Law Ginny Holsher of Gulfport, Florida. Her grandchildren Gannon and Harrison of Winter Park, Florida and Carlee and Kaitlyn Radgowski of Leesburg Florida; and her beloved dog Toby. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice 2445 Lane Park Rd, Tavares, Florida 32778.The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support from too many people to name individually; we are especially thankful to Cornerstone Hospice and the amazing Villages Hospice House for their care and compassion shown to our beloved mother and we will forever be grateful. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 11:00 am at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513. Interment to follow.
