Obituary of Mary Helm Mary Helen Helm, 90, of Leesburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 7, 2012. She was born July 07,1921 in Denmark, South Carolina and spent much of her adult life in Fort Wayne, Indiana before moving to Florida. She was a member of the Strawberry Shortcakes Red Hatters in Ridgecrest and enjoyed playing bingo. She was known for her matching outfits complete with jewelry, hats and shoes. She is survived by one brother, Frank Ray (Anne) of LaGrange, Georgia, and despite her petite stature bore 11 children: Jane Kay Mosure (Don), The Villages, FL, Mary Jo Presnell (Dave), Leesburg, FL, Carol Montgomery (Tom), Monroeville, IN, Kathy Bischoff (Duke), Austin, Texas, Margaret Horacek (Mike), Fort Wayne, IN, Julia Adam, Minneola, FL, Dan Weidner(Pam), Fort Wayne, IN, John Weidner, Wawaka, IN , Laura Olmeda, Leesburg, FL. Preceding her in death were husbands, Gerald Weidner and James Helm son, Charles Weidner, daughter, Kristine Williams and brother, Robert Ray. Grandchildren include: Chuck Mosure, New Haven, IN, Steve Mosure, Sarasota, FL, Chuck Presnell, Leesburg, FL, Stephanie Montgomery, Fort Wayne, IN, Steven Montgomery(deceased), Monroeville, IN, Tamara Williams, Palm Desert, CA, Tonya Williams, Irvine, CA, Jackie Skiba, Cerritos, CA ,Nickie Bischoff, Austin,Texas, Rick Welker, New Haven, IN, David Adam, Minneola, FL, Daniel Weidner, Fort Wayne, IN, Jerry Weidner, Columbia City, IN, Jamie Miller, Fort Wayne, IN, Jessica Ekiss, North Fort Myers, FL, Elizabeth Weidner, Kendallville, IN, James Olmeda, Orlando, FL She is also survived by 20 great-grandchidren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date at Covington Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
