Obituary of Leroy Lester Leroy Moore Lester, 86, of Ocala, Florida, died Thursday, August 11, 2011. He was born March 25, 1925 in Louisberg, North Carolina. He was a Senior Claims Adjustor for an Insurance Company. He moved to The Villages in 1991 from Fayetteville, NC. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. He was a member of The Dixie Club of The Villages and Hole-in-One Club. He was a supervisor for The Neighborhood Watch inThe Villages. He was a member of Chapel of Christian Faith, Lady Lake, FL. He enjoyed golf, classic westerns, classic TV shows, and spending time with his family. He is survived by: Daughter; Sandra (Michael) Fusfeld of Ocala, FL Sons; Reggie & Chris Lester Brother; Harold (Jeanne) Lester of Yorktown, VA Sister; Gwen (Don) Buff of Columbia, SC Sister-in-Law; Rene Lester of Atlanta, GA 2 Grand daughters, and several Nieces & Nephews Mr. Lester was predecased by his wife Frances Lester in 2008. Services will be at Beyers Funeral Chapel, Lady Lake, Fl. on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM, with a gathering of family and friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Inurnment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with full military honors conducted by the National Guard Honor Guard.
