James Siedle

Obituary of James Siedle Mr. James Harold Siedle, Jr, age 68, died Friday January 7, 2011 in The Villages, Florida. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama and came to The Villages in 2005. Mr. Siedle was a retired Industrial Construction Startup Engineer which took him and his family to 55 different addresses, 46 States and 4 countries in his career. He was a member of U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran, Sea Dragon Base, Lady Lake; American Legion Post 347, Lady Lake. Mr. Siedle was preceded in death by his son: James Lyle Siedle (Feb 27, 2002) who was a U. S. Army Military Police Officer stationed at NATO headquarters in the Netherlands. Surviving are his wife: Linda J. Siedle, The Villages; Son: Thomas C. Siedle, USN Ret., The Villages; Daughter: Sandra Siedle, Furfeld, Germany; Sister: Gretchen Schmidt, Bryan College Station, TX; 2 Grandchildren: James Lyle Siedle, Jr. and Denise Glynn both of Furfeld, Germany. A Mass of Christian Burial for James Harold Siedle, Jr. will be said 8:30 AM Friday, January 14, 2011 at St. Timothy Catholic Church. Friends may call 4-7:00 PM Thursday at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home where a prayer vigil service will be held at 6:30 PM. Interment will follow the mass at Florida National Cemetery where full military honors will be afforded by the American Legion Post # 347, Lady Lake, Florida.
