Obituary of Clarence Tipton Clarence Neil Tipton, 72, died Sunday, December 5, 2010 at The Villages Hospice House. Mr. Tipton was born in Wautoma, Wisconsin and moved to The Villages in 1996 from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a retired firefighter for the City of Brookfield, Wisconsin Fire Department with 23 years of service. He was a board member of The Ho-Chunk Indian Nation, He served with The Wisconsin National Guard, was a member of The Firefighter's Local Union, Brookfield, Wisconsin, He volunteered for the Labor Day Muscular Dystrophy Telethon for Jerry's Kids, He was a member of the Hole-In-One Club and an active volunteer for his Church, The Village View Community Church, Summerfield, Florida. He enjoyed tinkering, working and restoring automobiles. He was an avid golfer and bowler. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, working crossword puzzles and cross stitching. He enjoyed his Villages lifestyle and spending quality time with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Donna, 4 sons: Terry (Tracy), Mukwonago, WI., Jody (Patti), Milwaukee, WI., Raymond (Kim), Milwaukee, WI., Johnny (Jennifer), Milwaukee, WI. 1 Daughter, Dana Tipton-Perekovich, Milwaukee, WI., 2 Brothers: Robert, Milwaukee, WI. and Orville (Barbara), New Holstein, WI. And 1 sister: Rosie Saylor, Joplin, MO. 16 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and a host of Friends and Neighbors. Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at The Beyers Funeral Home, Lady Lake/The Villages Chapel with Pastor Marty Shea officiating. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 pm Wednesday, December 8, prior to the service.
