Obituary of Thomas Fox Thomas Joseph Fox, 93, Lady Lake, FL died on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, resided in Winsted, CT and Colebrook, CT and moved to Lady Lake from Colebrook in 1985. He attended Gilbert School in Winsted, CT and was employed by Hudson Wire Company. Tom was a US Navy veteran of WWII, a member of St.Joseph Catholic Church in Winston, CT and a founding parishioner of St. Timothy Catholic Church, Lady Lake, FL. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Council #22, Winsted, CT and Council #10034 at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake. Tom was predeceased by his parents Thomas L. & Helen (Fischer) Fox; sisters Helen Fox and Janet Merryman, wife Rita M. (Yorker) Fox; daughter Kathryn Fox and son Thomas J. Fox. Survivors include daughters: Elizabeth (J. Thomas) Hester, Colebrook, CT; Mary (Joseph) Indomenico, Eustis, FL and Rita Gangi, Lady Lake, FL; 8 grandchildren: Joe, Jacob, Stacy, Brian, Paul, Jeremy, Kendall and Michael; 10 great grandchildren: Wyatt, Jake, Abigail, Andrew, Peyton, Sophia, Estella, Gavin, Anna and Reid. A scripture service will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 4:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 8:30 AM at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake, Father Ed Waters. Celebrant. Inurnment will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 10:30 AM with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159 of The Villagers for Hospice, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162.
