Obituary for Ronald Lee Love

Ronald Lee  Love
Ronald Lee Love, 84, passed away on September 17, 2020, at UF Hospital in Leesburg, Florida after a brief illness.

Ron was born in Clarksburg, WVA, the oldest son of the late John Wesley Love and Louise Isner Love.

He worked for several years at the FBI in Washington DC, before graduating from the University of West Virginia Law School in 1964. After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked for Bache & Co. in West Virginia and Merrill Lynch in Pennsylvania as a Stock Broker for many years before retiring to Florida.

He is survived by his two beloved children, R. J. Love (Angie) of Cape Coral, FL, and Wendy Love Mansfield (Tom) of Marietta, GA, Three grandchildren, Austin, Jake, and Abigail, also 3 great-grandchildren, Addyson, Scarlett and Teighan. He is also survived by siblings, Fred Love, Margaret (Peggie) Bryant, and Connie Robinson, along with nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ron leaves behind many friends from coast to coast.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Ron was a lifelong avid reader! In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ron’s memory to your local library.
