I just found this. James (we called him Johnny) when he was younger was my cousin. I thought of him as my protector in school, being four years older than I. So many memories of him, his brothers and sisters and parents. His mother and my mother were sisters. Much love and prayers sent to his family. Leavie Clark Bell

JJ always had a smile and a kind word. Even as he was nearing the end of this life, he would smile and laugh and ask about you. I remember a couple of days before he passed, I was sitting with him as he struggled to breathe. He has this amazing look of peace and joy in his eyes and he looked at me. I asked him if he was happy. He shook his head no, but whispered he had joy. JJ was a very caring, kind and gentle man. He will be missed. Thankfully, we will see him again.

Hope you are at peace in heaven JJ we will miss you and I will keep burning the biscuits for you. See you again until then play a few holes for me. I will keep yelling to warn everyone that the balls are coming for you.

The wonderful husband that most women don't get never believed in Aragon fighting because it wasn't worth it he enjoyed raising his stepchildren any loving me and a minute that he had I will miss you from the bottom of my heart but one day we will meet at the river by the way baby we were in it all the way God may not heal you here on this Earth but he will heal you in heaven
